Miss P. Smith’s P7 class turned the classroom into a laboratory today—and the results were delicious!
As part of our science topic on States of Matter, the pupils got hands-on to explore how substances change when we apply heat. From measuring out dry ingredients to mixing the batter and mastering the perfect flip, they saw firsthand how liquid batter undergoes an irreversible change to become a fluffy pancake!
The best part? Experimenting with different toppings, of course!
A massive thank you to Mrs. Lafferty for all her help in the "kitchen" today. It was a fantastic (and tasty) way to see science in action.
