Dear Parents,

Please find attached some information about Nurture in Five.

The Nurture in Five programme is a framework for adult-led health and wellbeing sessions, each session comprising 5 discrete steps.

When followed in sequence the activities will take pupils from high-energy games down to total relaxation. This process will support pupils in regulating their arousal levels, whilst helping them develop strategies for the maintenance of emotional health and wellbeing.
