Happy Saint Brigid’s Day

1st Feb 2026
St. Brigid’s Day, celebrated on 1st February in Ireland, marks the beginning of spring and honours one of Ireland's Patron saints. Known as a protector of livestock, dairy, and newborns, she is famous for making woven crosses from rushes to protect homes. It is a national holiday celebrating Irish culture, charity, and the arrival of longer, warmer days.
