Mrs Kerr’s class continued their 'Grow your Own' project and today provided lots of hydration for our potatoes (it rained - A LOT).
We took shelter in the willow maze and our lovely gardener mentor showed the children how to make umbrellas from rhubarb stalks!
Between the showers the children planted primulas which they took home at the end of the session. Today we used our newly acquired gardening skills to plant seed potatoes, which will be harvested in around 90 days
