Our P7 children from Rooms 29 and 32 had a
very informative trip to Parliament Buildings at Stormont today. They got to meet the Speaker of the Assembly, Edwin Poots, who presented one of our children with an award for winning the Eco bag design competition, themed, The Future
is Green'.
The children got the chance to visit both chambers
and even took part in a debate, like real MLAs, about the pros and cons of school uniforms.
A fantastic day all round.
